As a subcontractor for Patterson Construction Group Inc., we replaced a dated tile roof on two buildings with a new Majestic Metals standing seam metal roof installed over GAF underlayment. We secured metal coping and flashing to ensure a watertight seal, then sealed and painted the flashings to match the charcoal metal roof.
