This job project involved the preparation and installation of a new 60 mil PVC membrane system on a flat commercial roof. We removed the existing roofing system, added a layer of fleece rolls, and fitted custom boots at all mechanical, plumbing, or electrical penetrations. All penetrations were sealed with hose clamps and caulking; drains were sealed with waterblock mastic. The membrane system was installed with corner and T-joints, with pipe caps and storm collars used at necessary locations.
