To begin the re-roofing process, a layer of polyiso barrier coverboard was installed with flat plates and screws. All roof penetrations were then secured with custom-fabricated boots sealed with hose clamps and silicone caulk. TPO-clad heat vents and a new scupper were installed to provide proper heat ventilation and water drainage. Finally, 60-mil TPO membrane roofing by GAF was installed, along with the necessary corner joints, pipe caps, and storm collars.
