We replaced a rusted metal roof with a layer of prime coverboard, followed by a durable layer of Carlisle PVC roof membrane. The membrane was secured with intersecting patches and corner joints. To ensure a watertight finish, we supplied and installed boot flashings on all roof penetrations, which were then sealed with caulk. Due to the prior presence of numerous solar panels, four roof anchors were also installed for a continuous safety line to facilitate future roof operations.
